My routine 4 monday to sunday ...
Crunches - 45 ( sometimes 30 )
Leg raises - 45 ( sometimes 30 )
Seated Twists - 45 ( sometimes 30 )
Push Ups - 30
ermm .. quite hard .. but enough or not ??
By the way, I take Special 12 Week Ab progame.

thats not hard at all!!!! the way i got my abs is by doing 5 sets of 30 crunches, leg raises, complete situps, and twisting crunches. And you cannot forget to follow a strict diet, and the diet has to be good to, i know these exercises may be hard to finish, btu take breaks, and fell the burn inside you until you cant bend oyu pelvis anymore!!!

it all depends on your momental shape, maybe is enought - maybe not ..hard to say :)
