Enough Cardio?

Hey. I haven't done cardio in a while, so im still cut but ido have some fat on me and i want to get back to being ripped for the spring/summer so could anyone tell me if like 15-20 minutes of intense cardio on those bike things that are attached to a wheel (not the things you do cycling on) is good enough, in addition to 5 days a week lifting? i just want enough to stay nice and defined im not trying to be mr. health. also i have cut down from drinking soda that contains roughly 300 calories from 3 20 .oz bottles a day to 2 bottles a day. lol im hooked on it so i cant just stop drinking it. and i drink however many i want on the weekends. im only 18 so im not to worried about health problems from the soda but it does make me have flab so i wanna do the cardio. thanks...

20 minutes about 4-5 times per week of HIIT style cardio should get be fine for you. The soda is not really good at any age. You should always be thinking about health problems. It is the number one reason to do this stuff in the first place.

Just my 2 cents on the soda. You may be only 18 now, but you are looking after yourself for the future.
We used to have our soda delivered to our house. All the good flavours. We finnaly woke up and cut it out about 10 yrs ago, and bought a water cooler. Guess what? My wife and I dropped 10 lbs in about 8 months. So if you want to lean out.....the rest is up to you. Sorry if it seems like a long one.

i drink 12 cups of water a day lol i drink the dew cuz it's good :).
