I didn't want to add this to the end of a topic. Irritate me to find a thread with a good question, only to have it go 1,000 directions at the end, so here goes!!
I have been weight training in the morning, but wanted to also add some cardio. My dilema is that the wife is the cardio person in the house, but she works 8-4:30 every day. would it be wise to do my weight training in the morning and add cardio in the evening? If so, what suggestions would you have?
