Greetings all! I just started today at FT & wow am I excited to actually be moving!! (Although my poor legs & arms right now! :P ) Anyway I have a tiny question...I really like the idea of entering here on the site how many reps I've managed to do in a set, but how do I enter the weight "field" when it comes to exercises like pushups, squats, calf raises, stuff like that? I hope this doesn't sound so stupid to all you "regulars" out there...I truly am a beginner & very eager to learn~ Any help out there? :) I kinda figured it must be my body weight right? I'm really confusing my poor self!

I would suggest leaving it blank unless you are holding extra weight.... the reason being, you weight can change from day to day and that may throw the reading off... plus, if you are trying to lose weight, it won't be accurate of what you can do if your weight drops...
