Does anyone know if ephedra free ripped fuel actually works? Even the cashier lady at Rite Aid told me it doesn't work... :x

FIRST OFF UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU BE LISTENING TO WHAT THE "cashier lady at Rite Aid" SECONDLY GLAD YOU STOP'D IN HERE FOR ADVICE.

ravenwolf is right "only if you stick to your proper eating and exercise" but in self magazine i did read that if you take this for a long time it can cause liver problems.......i take trim spa ephedra free.....and yes it does work....but i also work hard..

I have been taking this product for a bit under a month..only half dosage...1 morning/1 afternoon....and it has worked incredible for me...but I go to the gym 4-5 times a week...cardio at least 3 of those time...food wise..shake in morning, real lunch, real pre workout meal, and shake at nite after workout..

I tried the xendadrine...made me too hiped...stopped after a week on that stuff

In response to sick1's post, if you read my post I never said that I listened and followed through on her advice, and second, if she's used the supplement and is merely giving her own personal opinion on it, what makes her opinion any different from the average person posting at this site, giving me their own personal opinion as well?
