I realize that I probably sound like an idiot. I read in a magazine a while ago that they were questioning the ban on ephedra and then I just recently received an email saying that it was legal again and available. Am I just a moron or did they actually put the stuff back on the market??

Yes, it is back on the market, at a lower dose than before.
