I took Xenadrine with Ephedra last year and lost about 25 lbs. So know I'm down to 180. But I want to weigh about 160. So what I was wondering is if the Xenadrine without Ephedra will give me the same results.

im gonna say probably not, im currently taking the ephedra free one and its more of a boost of energy, but i feel the ephedra free one is much more safer...

I lost 70-80 pounds using Xeandrine EFX.. with a good excercise and diet of course. I lost my weight in a matter of 7 months. Xenadrine EFX works.. plain and simple
