Ephedrine Mixed With Caffein-EFFECTIVE?

asanieya Posts: 4 Joined: 2003/05/19	2003/06/17, 10:49 PM Hello All I am from Canada and the fact is all the fat burners with ephedrine in them are taken off the sheleves and instead the "new formula" fat burners are in the market; this new formulas are nothing but caffein and Aspirin. I asked a nutrition master degree and he told me that the aspirin is good for only obese people and without ephedrine in that formula, the expensive fat burners are waste of money and he suggested me to get Ehpedrine pills and caffein pills and take them together, that is more effective so I take two serving of these pills one morning and one afternoon and each serving I take one caffein pill(100 mg) and 3 ephedrine pill (24 mg) so in total every day I take 200 mg caffein and 48 mg ephedrine it's been couple of days now but my question is does anyone if that is the right combination or should I change the rations or is this even better than the manufactured fat burners ? please send me your facts asap thank you ps. as the result of these pill I do get hyper and I feel hungry a lot I guess that is because my metabolism is increased .... Duh
dahayz Posts: 794 Joined: 2002/05/08	2003/06/18, 07:23 AM Well, the new fat burners without the ephedra simply are not that effective as you well know. What you are doing now is very effective. If you have never used an E/C stack, then in the beginning, you will feel hyper, BUT that will go away after a soli 1-2 weeks of use. I have been using my ECA stack for well over a year straight, and I actually still get a good kick out of them(not a big beleiver in cycling them) The ratios look pretty good, but I would personally up the dosage of your caffeine to about 200mg instead of 100mg per serving. Although caffeine is a stimulant, it will help to moderately tone down the power of the ephedrine. And you might want to fill out your profile, what are your goals?

mikedesa1 Posts: 29 Joined: 2003/06/04	2003/07/10, 08:16 AM I'm sure that you can still get ephedrine in Canada... I know that GNC doesn't sell it, but I know that Nutrition House will. You could still buy it off the net as long as the store that you're buying from is within Canada. If you order from the states Canada Customs will seize it, and you won't get your money back.
