WOuld a proper (and by proper I mean reasonable) amount of EQ in a first cycle be about 300mg per week stacked with 500mg of Test Enth? Stats- 5'11" 180 lean- about 9% bf. Heavy training for about 2 years serious now- 31yo.

This would be a 10 week cycle- proper anti-e's and clomid recovery. 150mg EQ and 250mg Test administered twice a week.

If you're 5'11 and just 180 after working out for 2 years, I think you need to take a SERIOUS look at your diet and training methods before you start cycling. I am not antisteroid, but there are much better alternatives for you in your situation.

Joe, from experience I can tell you that jb is right on in his statement. Trust me you can take buckets full of steroids & if your not eating or training right they wont do a thing. Now if you are just interested in breaking a plateau than there are better ways of doing it. Now from your post I am assuming that you are in contact with someone with some knowledge & possible history of use, however I can tell you that this is not a begginers stack by no means & would definately do more harm than good in the long run. Also unless you are in a position where youre strength or physique is a source of livelyhood I believe there is no reason for turning to anabolics for help.

I consider what I have been doing these last two years a great start. My genetics held me at 157lbs no matter WHAT I did- or so I thought. I started on a high cal high carb diet. 3500 calories and 200g protien. Its almost a job to take in that much food. My metabolism is like a black hole and my weight and size seems to have in fact hit that plateau. I am the largest man in my family now believe it or not- and my livelyhood in a way does rely on my stregnth and physical shape. This was recomended by a friend who has numerous gym years and several cycles under his belt. I appreciate your experienced advice but still wonder what would a good beginner stack consist of? Thanks again.
