I have a crossbow gym set which is almost identicle to the bowflex machine. There are no exercizes, in the upgraded pro version of ft. that I know of, thats uses resistance bars. How do I convert the exercizes shown to utilize my crossbow?? I really love this web site. It is the first site I am actually using. It is easy to use!!:big_smile:

Just do exercises that are similar in movement patterns.
If you need examples just post an exercise and someone should be able to help you figure out a similar one that you can do.

Pretty much all the free weight exercises at my gym are able to be copied with my bowflex machine, deadlifts, curls, presses, abs, and so on but with different results ofcourse, i think there are 96 different exercises i can do on it, you may have to design your own plan based on the 12 week Freetrainers program, with different exercises thou.

Thanks guys, I guess I just wanted to follow what ft was saying word for word. As long as you work out the same exercize to a degree you should have the same results right??

You get outta it what you put into it IM600, mix and match, play around with different exercises, its good to keep changing it up from time to time, keeps you interested and honest, good luck :dumbbell:
