I just strarted my routine this week and for my thursday workout Im supposed to do Back and triceps. When it comes to my triceps i was given Lying tricep extensions twice.is that a mistake or what???? Thanx
Thats a mistake a lot of people get and even I get it still from time to time.. Just goto ft Exercise Resources .. then Triceps and substitue a different exercise in for one of them (like instead of doing lying tricep extensions for the second exercise do barbell tricep extensions).. the one I commonly use in place of it is the tricep extension where your sitting down and have the ez-curl bar above your head then lower it behind you.. then back up... etc
