Mix 1 shot of espresso into 1 cup of 1% milk with a scoop of vanilla protein powder. Shake with a couple of ice cubes!
35 grams of protein with my recipe, depends on your brand for protein count. The milk is 9 grams of protein.

My fave version:

16 oz leftover dark coffee, cold
2 scoops chocolate whey protien
1-2 spoonfuls splenda
TBSP flax oil or Udo's oil or heavy cream

shake it all up and pour over ice!
