Hi
I just turned 15 and i wanna start building muscle.
I am 160cm and i weigh 48kg.
I am skinny, so i wanna get muscle.
I wanna build muscles without stunting my growth.
Please help me.
The main musles i wanna work on are my Triceps, Biceps, Pex, 6 pack muscles (i an't got one, lol), and legs.
please please please help me

man. dont focus only on some muscle groups do everything.
in order to build muscle you just need to eat, eat big to get big. there are many threads on this on FT. make a search on FTbuddy to find this realted threads.
but basically, need to eat every 2-3 hours high protein meals. you need at least 1.5g of protein ber pound of body weight. thats more or less 200 g of protein daily in your case.
how much is that?
well 2 chicken breast = 40
1 egg = 5g (wiht yolk)
glass o milk = 10g
.....
TO BUILD MUSCLE YOU NEED TO EAT MORE CALORIES THAN YOU CANSUME. LOOK FOR A POST OF MINE OF A BMR CALCULATOR.
it will help you know how much of what you need to eat.
