hey there, i've looked all over the site (as suggested) but wanted to get some advice from anyone in a similar situation and/or the moderators:
I was a tri-season athelete in HS/Undergrad, also did a ton of dance, etc., spent the next couple of years working out 5-7x/wk, with a very active schedule (no car, walking a lot, stairs etc.) I was always very very thin, 135 at the most despite the fact that I am 5'7" and very busty.
In the last two years my level of activity in my daily life has decreased dramatically for numerous circumstances, and I also had a bad reaction to a birth control pill that I'm not on anymore. I've seen a change in my body that I hate and I can't really gauge why -- some people say it's just because I'm older now and my "body is changing" but I doubt it.
I eat very healthy -- I've been monitoring it on the nutrition tracker and I'm almost always slightly below in calories; but even when I'm doing a workout that is pretty good for non-athlete standards (3-5/wk cardio and weights) I find that I'm not really losing the weight.
I am very strong and pretty lean except in stomach/thigh areas which is totally new, has never happened before. I am concerned that I will need to do a routine close to my old level of activity to see my old body when others who have been more sedentary get by on less. Any truth there?

thanks mr. mojo, forgot i hadn't done that yet.
i have another question: my nutritional breakdown is suggesting about 23g fat a day, and a friend who is a nutritionist says that's ridiculous. when i've had a REALLY healthy day i still go over that, even with my caloric intake usually about 500cal below. help? :surprised:
