Yesterday I rode my bike about 12 miles throughout the day, I worked Shoulders in the morning and Chest in the evening. 4-5 exercises per muscle group 5 sets of 10 -to failure-. And abs... is this too much exercise in one day?? Today I will work Back and probably run for 15 or 20 minutes... but if I do that I feel like I'm not doing enough... yesterday my kcal were at 1400 today they will be around 18-2000, am I too inconsistant?

I would say you are probably overdoing it a little. Make sure you are seperating the cardio and resistance training.
Try to stay more consistant with your diet as well. Proper nutrition will be the key to attaining your personal goals. The nutrition section here is pretty good - take a look.
