HEY EVERYONE THIS MAY SOUND STUPID, BUT IS STARING TO GET TO ME. IV BEEN WORKING OUT FOR CLOSE TO 5 MONTHS I LOST CLOSE TO 30 LBS, GAIN GOOD AMOUNT OF MUSCLE MASS.
FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS 1.I LOST SOME OF MY ERECTION POWER "NOT AS HARD AS IT USE TO GET" 2. LESS SPERM
DO YOU THINK IM WORKING OUT TOO HARD I WORK OUT 5 DAYS A WEEK, HOUR TO HOUR AND HALF A DAY.
I DON'T KNOW IF ITS ALL IN MY HEAD BUT ANY COMMENT WILL BE VERY HELPFUL. THANKS A MILLION

Big Dave,
Your problem may be calorie intake. If you are working out hard and limiting your calories too much you could notice some performance problems. After all if you deplete your muscles of food (all muscles) you may not be providing your body with the energy you need to perform.
Try some suppliements as well. Sometimes this will help give you a charge. Those that accellerate the metabolisim may help.

since you've lost a lot of weight, then I think it would be a good idea to decrease your workouts to 3 per week, lasting from 45 mins to 75 minutes, as it seems that 5 days per week is just hitting your body too hard... good luck

Try taking ZMA if you don't already. It naturally boosts testosterone levels, which will in turn increase sexual performance and sperm production. My wife and I are trying for our first baby now. I workout 5-6 days a week (depends on my workout schedule) and sometimes fatigue can play a very big role in the bedroom. I take the ZMA primarily for the anabolic affects, but increased sexual performance - sure, I'll take it, too! What a bonus! Give it a shot and you'll see a difference within about 2 weeks.

it seems quite strange. Most of society will actually get an increased sex drive if they are involved in physical fitness.
How old are you? Are you taking and supplements?

arnold im 27 years old.. i do take supplement on and off of whey protein....befor sometime after amino acid...befor workout creatine serum .....befor workout xenadrine"fat burrner" .....befor workout multi vitamins......after workout
yeah i know that what i thought too.
