Just starting and printed out first week,,,,it lists four sets of a routine called "good mornings" what is this ?

Place the bar on your shoulders (like you're about the do a squat) and simply bend forward and back up again. Pretend you're bowing to an audience. Keep your eyes straight ahead and DO NOT USE TOO MUCH WEIGHT!!! More weight than what is necessary will kill your back. Done properly, good mornings are a great excercise. Good luck!
