Hello
I just did my first exercise routine today and i input all of my data into the table, i want to get to the exercise charts, but it wont let me.
Do I have to wait a certain amount of time or do i have to put in more than 1 day to see a chart
any feed back will be appreciated
thank you

Ya you have to wait a while.. The charts are drawn based on your 1 rep max (i think.. was I reading them wrong?) and if this is the first exercise you have entered then there really is no way to show any progress. It only has data for your exercises once.. once you enter a few more you should see them coming up... there'll actually be some points to plot..

I think the charts will work on the second week. Right now, the data is not being compared to anything...so it won't know if you are getting bigger (or smaller).

Welcome to ft, BTW!

What does "1 rep max" mean?? Besides the obvious the program has no way of knowing what my actual max is.

It is based on a simple, mathematical formula. So, if you can do 5 reps. of 100 pounds, for example, it calculates that your 1 rep. max equivalent would be 117 pounds. Note that you have to enter a certain number for reps. before it can actually calculate the equivalent...

I see. That makes sense.
