My name is Jen and I'm from Maryland. In the long run, I'd like to lose 40-50 pounds. My short-term goal is to try to lose about 5-10 pounds a month.
Discipline has never been a problem for me when it comes to diet and exercise. My biggest obstacle is lack of time and a VERY long day. I'm on the road to work at 6:30am and I don't get home until 6:30pm. I go to bed at 9:30pm and I'm up at 6am the next day to do it all again.
So my two primary goals are: stretching my meals out across 12 hours versus the usual 8 hours. And working out without a gym. They're too expensive and highly inconvenient for me with my long day. I'll have to get rather creative with my exercise
Anyway, I know I can do it, but I definitely need the support system. So here I am, about to embark on a new adventure to get in shape!
