I started here just a couple months or so ago and have been going to the gym since then. I go by my workout routine that is on here for me but I cant help but wonder, is the routine I have for a man or a women. Everytime I read how to do certain exercises it says will build muscle mass if use more weights. Or it would say this exercise will add bigger size in the chest ect. I dont use alot of weight at all but I do everything it has on my list except chin ups cause I hate them. What I am asking how do we know this is a right routine for a women. Please let me know. Because I dont want to gain size. I want to lose and tone. Thank you Carlajo

It doesn't matter whether you're male or female. the results are the same within reason. Unless you're taking testosterone you won't gain size but you will gain a nice muscular tonw.
