Is it better to do all the sets of one exercise or alternate exercises? For example if you are doing 3 exercises for shoulders should you do just the one and all the sets? Also is it ok to work abs with every workout? Also biceps? Are these mucscles that can recover quicker? Also for gaining mass is it ok to still do cardio a couple times a week?

Do all your sets of an exercise before moving on to the next exercise, unless you are doing curcuit training. as for your abs and biceps, they need a rest just like any other muscle we have.
You can have success with your cardio on the off days when you don't lift.
Hope this helps.
