Hi all.
Any suggestions? I just signed up as a beginner with access to freeweights only and the exercises designed for my first two days included an exercise for experienced people only and one that required use of a calf machine. How can I follow this program?
Hi, obligada, and welcome to FT! When in comes to any suggested exercises you will need to modify them for your abilities, so start easy and do only what you can do, as long as you are doing them. I'm not sure about the calve machine one, but there are usually alternatives. I'm not sure if having your profile filled out will give you a different routine, but you may want to do that first and reenter the exercise information??
