Dag se kate99.
It's great to see another So African on the sight, thought I was the only one. Have been in the US for a couple of years.....miss the homeland.
Anyhow, as you asked, and I'm no pro, getting that flat belly takes some hard work and a fair deal of commitment and it starts with your eating habits. Take care and review your meal plans...check out this sight for some advise on foods etc.
Other than that you'd need to do a combination of abdominal excersizes to achieve your goal plus include some cardio. Crunches work, so does the resistance crunch machine haven't a clue what it's called but with the additional weight it works your case hard. Leg raises, holding your feet somewhere around six to twelve inches off the ground should be included too. You can focus this workout by gripping a soccer ball between your feet, remember legs should be straight.
Also hanging leg raises, this isn't stressful on your back and helps, i believe, to work the lower abs more than the upper. Open to correction.
You'll also find in the excersize department of the sight is a specific 12 week ab workout...give it a whirl.
Totsiens, sterkte & GOOOOOOOO BOKKE..next week!
