okay..i just signed up yesterday and they gave me the exercising that i should do but the problem is...i dont go to a gym but i have a gym set here withweights. the only things i dont have are barbells, the machine incline press, and i cant do the standing calf raises but am able to do some machine work that i have at home. i know im supposed to log in how many sets i did and how much weight i lifted and stuff but how can i log that in if i dont have the equipment to do that? is there anyway i cant edit them out of my exercise plan?

Hi, I am new as well...but If I were you I would use there exercises as ideas for your OWN personal lifting plan....I lift and do cardio everyday....and I would do whateever lifts you can at your mini gym...hope that helps
