Good things to do are running (if you have room on the road), walking, pushups of all kinds, pullups if you have anything to pull up on, ab movements, bodyweight lunges and squats. One thing I recommend buying and they're not expensive is a swiss ball. You can get em at walmart or just about anywhere it seems. Most important is your diet, though, if you're wantin to lose fat.
