mikkia, if u look at the top of all the pages u will see fitness plan and nutrition plan... if you click on the fitness plan it will take you to where you can set up a exercise program that will work for you. the nutrition plan ofcourse will help you set up the amounts of calories, protien and fats you should take in daily....
