Hi, I'm new to this site and I went through and filled out all my info, etc. and got a profile to get me going. I'm doing the 12 week Weight Loss & Definition Training program. I was wondering if it would be bad to do more than that. For example, a 1/2 hour of running/walking on the treadmill, and other various exercises and lifting. I don't think I'll have a problem sticking to the program, but I need more cardio work than just weightlifting. Opinions?
