I have been working out now for the past 2 months now and losing aout a pound a week but would love to up it a bit. I hav a very long schedule. I sart out at gym about 6am for aout a hour and go to work for about 12-14 hour usually ge home late and try to eat befoe going to bed at 10pm. I try to take out as much bread and sugar out of my diet and do not drink any sodas, energy drinks or sugary drinks. I have bands that my wife uses and have thought about using those at night. Would this be benefit me or not, or go with a different plan?
