I'm 17 6'3" and 127 lbs today. i need to gain like 40 lbs. I'm getting ashamed of my body, i see my arms and know i have a problem, i used to play sports but now i feel my legs are too skinny to feel comfortable in shorts, also affects my self confidence with girls. I lose weight faster than i can put it on. i like to workout to gain muscle mass, but don't like complicated meals or cooking. if its frozen or canned ill take it. i need all the advice possible. preferably recipes or fast meals or snacks full of protein carbs and calories. thanks for any help you can give me.

You can help yourself first - Have you checked the Diet and Nutrition Forum? Most of what you asked is there.

Being too lazy to make a decent meal might be part of your problem.
