Depends on the bar, the ones in my gym weigh 25 lbs. Best thing to do is weigh it.

Yeah BB is right they can vary by the company the makes it 15-25lbs is the variation I have found.

is it easier to preacher curl with an ez curl bar than with a bb. i for some reason seem to think it is(cant do much with a barbell) if anything its probably easier on the wrists cuz i feel it like hell there
