Yea..when I worked in one retarded gym called fitnessusa2000 ....they had a book with 'exercises' for the facial muscles...bsing that it's a way to reduce wrinkles and so forth...basically doing a set of facial grimaces....

so did anybody try?
@tim: smiling is not good for you. It is the number one cause for wrinkles around the eyes and mouth.

ailinh....did you miss the "retared gym" part in menaces post.
If smiling isn't good for you I should really stop reading your posts.I always have to ask myself if you are sincere or just being facetious....either way you always get a laugh out of me.

Laughing and smiling daily is a great medicine for preventing and relieving stress....and living longer....
Why not focus on basic things which are proven to work...(sleeping enough, eating well, lifting weights, doing cardio,etc)....instead of worrying about every new thing that some kook comes up wih...

Facial exercise is invented and practiced in India. The workout we do is to keep the body in shape. However, it doesn't help with the fat on the face when we age.
I am serious about laughing. You'll get deep eye lines if laughing too much. So stay away from comedies!

Well, if wrinkles around the eyes come from smiling, bring 'em on... rather have those than a sour face. :)

Oh... and you cannot spot reduce... if you exercise, eat well and get rest, the fat will come off the face... with or without facial exercises... I've witnessed this first hand with my own mug...
