My name is Jay, I'm 23 and work out on a regular basis. I am fairly pleased with how my diet and work out results have been going except for one thing. I can not seem to lose the chubbiness in my cheeks and face.
I know some people are just genetically predisposed to have a certain facial shape, but if anyone out there has any suggestions on how to tone and trim down in the cheeks and face let me know.
As you continue to lose weight, your face will thin out more and more. Yes, genetics play a big part, but there are some face creams with firming agents in them. Other than that, face lift will do.
