I am on the 5th week of the program for Increasing Muscle mass. I want to know if the first two sets of 10 reps are warmups or should I go to failure.
The sets are listed as 10, 10, 8, 8 or 10, 10, 8, 6 it depends on the muscle that is being trained.
I have been going to failure on the 2 sets of 10 as I warm up for 15 min before I begin even the first set of 10.
Anyone know how this program was designed and what one should do?
