I seem to be falling short for the last few days on the nutritional plan, mainly, carbs, protein and calories. The fats and vitamins and minerals are ok. But those 3 are each about 1/2 of what they should be. Problem is, I stay full. I am losing weight, but I don't want the starvation modes to kick in. Any tips?
Thx.

Just read your profile and wanted to say congrats. That's a couple of super good feats. For what it's worth, I'd continue doing whatever you're doing till you stall. You might want to add a whey supplement which makes it easier and also fish oil to keep your body supplied with healthy fats instead of the oil, butter, steak stuff although I'd kill for a thick porterhouse every once in awhile. :) Everyone has a plan (some good, some bad) but if your's is working for you don't try and do what the rest of us are doing.

Thanks,
I'm actually not eating anything, at all, with bad fats or bad anything else for that matter..lol..
It's making my wife sad that since she's pregnant and supposed to be gaining weight, I go and do something outrageous like this and ruin all her fun.
Have added the whey, but its only 20g of protein and added a multivitamin. Haven't done the fish oil yet, just the fish..lol. But no real butter or oil, I try to use a light stock or fat free marinade to saute. I was just concerned that the lower amounts of protein, carbs and calories would slow things. I'm expecting the slow down to a few pounds a week, as if seen mentioned, but I'm not trying to rush to it..lol
