my whole family on both sides is skinney and therefore so am i. what is the best way to go for increased muscle mass other than just whey? right now I stack noxx and kre-alkalyn but they dont seem to be working that well with muscle growth--they do help with my repping though.

Supplements will actually do little, though the manufacturer's would have you believe otherwise. It is diet. Eat well, increase your calorie intake to gain mass. Supplements are a supplement to a sound diet, not the other way around.
