Your gut didn't appear overnight and it's not going to go away any faster but it will go away. Just pick one of the FT programs and follow it along with a decent diet and you'll get there.

Diet and workout over a period of time will do it. There's no quick fix here. It's taken me almost 3 months to drop 14 lbs from 165 to 151. That's with hitting the gym 3 times a week as well as eating 6 mini meals a day to keep the metabolism up.
If there were an effective, easy and permanent quick weight loss plan then everyone would be thin and trim and in shape.

also......misconception is crunches build abbsm which they do......however if you don't loose the fat thats on top....by building muscle under the fat... pushes fat out more........you'll have a nice conditioned and strong "core" as for a 6 pack.....no

try to do a football workout I seen a Junior College football team use....pick 20-30% of 1 rm and do power cleans ...doing 20 sets....first set 20 reps, 2nd set 19 reps, and so forth until you do 1 rep on last set..if you can think straight at workout's end...my congratulations to you ....they rested 30-45 sec between sets... quite a sight to behold with all these behemoths on the floor nearly passed out....never felt smaller in my life...until ofcourse they all crumbled to the floor....roflmao
