Twice a month I fast for religious purposes, just taking a litre of milk in that day. If my exercise day falls on this fasting day, should I skip it? I've always followed the training 2 days once, would this throw off my schedule? But I can't take food and my body would burn off muscle if I work out on that day...I think...

can you eat in the morning, like before sunrise ( like us muslims ) and when can you eat again.
if you can eat before sunrise and after sunset, than load up on good complex carbs and protein,
and when you can eat, eat every 2 hours till you go to bed
as far as training goes, I am not sure, I will let somebody else do some input

Oh, no. The fasting is from midnight to the whole day and the next day after sunrise I eat. So, in the day, I only take 1 litre of milk. Which is why I asked, as I doubt surviving on milk for a day would help for work out on that day. Milk is from the cow, full cream.

I wouldn't work out on those days, perhaps you can make them a rest day away from training.
Glad to see you posting. Memebers were worried because no posts from you. Hope all is well.

I am well, thank you. KL was not hit, as was most of my country.
