There is a book called Entering the Zone, by Barry Sears. It's a relatively inexpensive book, and at the back, it has a body fat calculator. Unfortunately, it has a few pages of numbers in a table that you have to look up, so I can't post it here.... but I can tell you that it involves a writst measurement, waist measurement, and weight. I found it to be very accurate when compared to the electrode test (when you stand on the electrodes). I recommend you try to find that book and buy it, as it gives you some good insight on nutrition and how the body works; things everyone who's training should know.

With the update (soon!) we will include body fat calculators.

By the way, for women, the calculation involves more measurements, such as the upper arm and the hips, but it's still quick and easy.

You can also have you % body fat measured at a gym, medical centre or university for a fee. Or you can buy a fairly good set of calipers with instructions and go to it your self.

They may use caliper measurements or a water displacement test or other electronic means...which are really accurate.

The best way is hydrostat, being dunked in water, the easiest is a machine you hold in your hand, or you can do the pinch test.

Check with your gym - they most likely have some method they use to determine body fat %. If they do and if it's free (or if you don't mind paying) get it checked a few times over the course of a week or ten days to get a better idea since so many things can influence the test (water, food, etc).
