whats up?? im trying to get in shape lose my gut and maintain the muscle that i currently have <buil more also>
the thing is i have limited funds for health foods and protein shakes and things like that. im 5'6 195lbs i have some muscle mass i think my body fat is 20% or so
any tips on a good easy diet would be very helpful

you dont always need all the extras allot of fish,chiken,lean red meat and eggs and you will be all set.

Eggs, cottage cheese, round steak, and chicken have been godsends for my broke a$$

so basicaly stick to protein and some carbs try to minimize fat and keep workin out and doing cardio
and i should be in there is that what you guys are saying??

eat vegs, fruits for snacks, eat 3 small meals, and excersise like walking is easy good cheap and it works really well walk like 2 ta 5 miles a day five times a week

cut out drinking all soda and you will lose about 10 pounds in water weight in about 1 to 2 months it really does work to i did it and walked 3-5 miles aday and ate the 3 small meals and i lost 25 pounds

Thats exactly right. Healthy unprocessed food is cheap. It sometimes requires a little work but stay the coarse ...you'll be fine.
