:angry: Hi. My name is Lisa and am new to this community. I am 36 years old. I feel as though I need support as I am not the most consistant or motivated person when it comes to exercising and dieting. I have high blood pressure and know that if I exercised, I could maintain a healthy weight and have more energy. Any suggestions? I have access to a great gym and family support but that has never been enough! I need to lose about 60 lbs. I have never been this heavy!

Having a great gym and family support is AWESOME. If you can, get to the gym, and have a trainer get with you. Most people don't want to do the bodyfat right a way, but it's the best way to keep track of what you are doing. Also, the programs and nutritional plans here seem to be awesome. But getting with someone in person may be a big help at first.
