I have tried two brands and can't say one way the other if they have worked.
1. TLN (some natural thyroid hormonal stimulant concept) 2. Pyrulean (Pyruvate and other stuff)
I have not personally read any scientific studies on fat burners but EAS has one and they claim after studies that they work...time will tell. I believe there are two many variables in our lifestyles to isolate if they work or don't.

The only fat burner I use is ephidrine. I see great results when I take them when cutting.
Like any supplement be sure to cycle it.
The truth has been said many times before. "If you take to much of a good thing it will hurt you." So don't abuse your supps.

I take ripped fuel. I cycle it to give my body a break. I think it's safe as long as you don't take more than the recommened per day,and just be smart about any supplement.

well if any of you decide to take it after all consider reading the label..look for contents that are central nervous system stimulants such as caffeine, ephedra, ma-huang, and others. These stimulants may actually decrease your appetite, and may increase your calorie burn over a short period; but they also just mask fatigue and do nothing to increase your basal metabolic rate. In fact, repeated use of stimulants can actually cause your metabolic rate to decrease because they have a diuretic effect on your body..thus increasing your chances of dehydration. Stimulants can also increase production of stress hormones that will convert muscle tissue into glucose in order to raise sugar levels.

A lot of the side effects of the supplements such as ripped fuel and hydroxycut depend on the individual's medical history. People with a history of high blood pressure or glaucoma should definitely stay away from the supplements.
