i have been taking therma pro with ma huang for 2 and half weeks and have lost an inch and half on the waist good stuff......try it....

Good job, I have lost 2% bodyfat in the past two weeks but it is still pretty high at 18%. The last personal trainer had me at 19% four months ago. One of them is doing the wrong thing, so I am going to try and get another trainer from another base to do when I get the chance. I can see my four pack though, I want the six pack, almost there.

Lisa I actually used my legs to see if I was lean enough for competition. It's easier for us women to get a six pack but it's more difficult to get rid of the fat on the thighs and butt.
Look for the definition in your quads and buttocks and you're on the right way.

2 percent in 2 weeks is awesome Lisa is it not hard to get that six pack....keep up the good work....i think i am getting there just have to keep at it i guess....
