Does this fat burner sounds good?

Guarana - 900 mg
Citrus aurantium extract - 336 mg
Citrimax (hca) - 500 mg
Carnitine - 100 mg
Chromium picolinate - 187,5 mcg
Milk thistle - 500 mg
choline - 250 mg
inositol - 250 mg
methiodonine - 100 mg

I also would like to know how much of omega 3 i should take while cutting

and what supplements?

Pretty standard stuff in there....not much to write home about. All the "latest and greatest" since banning ephedrine. Don't expect a whole lot. Diet is your key.

Your fats(fish oil) needs can go up dramatically when dieting. As you cut carbs, calories need to come from somewhere. I usually will raise my fats up to around 30%.

A mix of saturated fats and fish oil.
