I count calories and grams down for every meal, making them all in advance, lift religiously and run no less than 11 miles a day. My diet restrictions are steady, every thing that goes in my mouth is as healthy as can be. and I've tried method after method of eating different foods at different times to manipulate my metabolism, insulin levels, etc. but i still can't seem to shave off that last layer of fat that holds within it a whole different world of definition, and i know that's something you bodybuilders can respect and relate to. i'm not looking for something that will hurt my body in the future, just something to give me a boost, I was looking into Hot-Rox but it's hard to find research on that and it advises not for under 18. any help please?!

at 15 you don't need to be taking any kind of fat burner. it's really just not safe. getting into using these early can completely destroy your metabolism later in life, not to mention they're pretty much a complete waste of money.
i would stick with what you're doing, and if it doesn't get better see an endocrinologist because sometimes hormones will make you hang on to that last little bit.

ok your probably right but it just doesn't make any sense because i've been at this same spot for a year now and fat wise i can't get past it. by the way what is an endocrinologist?

an endocrinologist is a doctor who specializes in treatment of the body's endocrine system, i.e. your hormones.
and you're right, it doesn't make sense. i've been in the same spot - but fat burners don't work either.
