I am wanting to lose fat and get big at the same time.. so im thinking about getting me some protein and size on... cuz i dont eat much maybe one time a day.. so please write back and see if that will work...

I think he wanted to know if you could get big and lose fat while only eating a little bit once per day and adding a protein shake into his diet. My answer is still no.
