I've been working out for about 2 months now and have lost 0 pounds! I know I have gained muscle, which weighs more then fat, so im sure i have lost some fat, but not much. I've been considering starting a fat burning pill, but I know there has been some contraversy over them. Any recommendations on a safe pill or supplement? Just for background information I'm 5'7", 139lbs. I workout 6-7 days a week, at least 3-4 days of cardio a week, weight training the other days. I eat a healthy well balanced diet, although since i work out so much I am hungry all the time which is another problem. Any advice would be appreciated.
