Does anyone know any good fat burning supplements? I need something that will help me burn more fat when i work out and make me look more toned but without making me look too jacked. I already take protein, is that enough?

I just read your profile and it sounds like you stay very active. Instead of relying on supplements to burn fat, what you may need to do is take a good look at your diet. Make a log of your eating habits and activity levels. Hold off on buying "fat-burners" and look closely at your nutrition. By changing your dietary habits you can burn fat more effectively (and safely) and save money (by not having to buy supplements) at the same time.

jb made a good point IMO. Save your money. Fat burners rely on diet and exercise to work properly. Cut out the middle man(fat burners) and just diet and exercise for the same results.
