fat grams vs real grams

Here's something that's puzzled me for a while. How can something like, say a tablespoon of olive oil have 13 grams of fat, when there's no way it actually even weighs anywhere near that much?

Volume and weight are two different things.
Remember the joke, which weighs more a ton of feathers or a ton of bricks?

1 tablespoon = 15ml,

Oil’s are less dense than water (why they float) and 15ml of water weighs 15g so 1 tablespoon having 13g of fat seems reasonable to me...
