Hi everyone. another question about calories and fat. I have a calorie intake max at 3,061g, but my fat intake is 36g. I can reach my calorie intake, but when that happens I blow the limit for fat out of the water. Any ideas that would help in fulfilling both? im also in the military so choices of food are limited. Well, since your goal is to lose weight, you can probably sacrifice overall caloric intake. In fact, depending on your activity level, you'll need to lower your caloric intake after your body adapts.
