Please help! This may sound a little silly, but I seem to have extra fat/flab around my knees - particularly the inside of the leg. Is there an exercise I can do to target this area?
Thanks for the input. I'm working at it. I'm at home with four little kids so I can't get to the gym anymore. Am walking about 45 min. each day, then improvising some work with free weights at home. Alternate each day - legs and lower body one day, arms and upper body the next.
My diet is very well rounded - the four food groups with as little fat as possible and lots of protein.
Just thought maybe there was something extra a I could do for that area.
